ALLE is an independent, contemporary, and monothematic print magazine initiated by a group of students in Hamburg. Emerging from earlier university publishing experiments, the project evolved into a fully self-organised editorial platform addressing topics considered relevant to a broader public — issues that concern everyone, as reflected in the title.
Developed outside institutional structures, the magazine was realised through voluntary collaboration alongside academic studies. From the initial concept and open call to crowdfunding, editorial production, printing, and distribution, the entire project was organised independently by the team. A successful crowdfunding campaign enabled the publication to be produced as a high-quality printed magazine in Hamburg, later distributed through selected stores with its own ISBN registration.
Javi Acevedo contributed to the organisational framework of the project and curated the photographic material accompanying the editorial contributions. The process of collectively producing and publishing the magazine marked an early exploration of self-initiated cultural production — laying the groundwork for later collaborative formats and independent spatial practices within Acevedo’s work.
